What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Exchanges are available ONLY if there is a defect in the product within 7 days of initial receipt.  To be eligible for an exchange, please email info@cimeliojewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order.  Items returned after 7 days will not be processed. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.  All special orders (including sized rings) and personalized items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.

How long does the custom process take?

It can vary for each and every client.  Depending on the scope of the project and timeline, it is safe to budget anywhere from 3 – 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the project, stone sourcing, and the client’s personal timeline.  We do our very best to work with and mee our client’s deadlines.

When will my order ship?

Items shown that are “in stock” are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.  An item that is “out of stock” will have an indicated lead time on the individual product page.  Please contact us to order. 

How will my order ship?

Shipping costs a flat rate fee of $30 and are sent via FedEx with insurance and require a signature.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  Cimelio Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered.  Cimelio Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the recipient not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Cimelio Jewelry for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

What if something I want isn’t in stock?

Please reach out and we would be happy to put it on back order for you! At that time we can also give you an estimate for delivery as well. 

Can I customize an in stock item or choose a different color?

Oftentimes yes! Depending on the item it may take up to 8 weeks to order, but please reach out and we would be happy to check.
